Yes it's a better choice for the platebody but it's not as fast as a rune scimmy/longsword that most will be using (and warhammers aren't even that accurate/strong). I would recommend Rune B axe myself, it has slash and crush options, you can still have a shield, not all that fast, but powerful (especially against steel armour). I would still use the rune skimmy because it would increase your speed of your attacks that would be important because killing more people faster then you could gather food off the ground from them and you would be taking out your opponents faster so they couldnt do as much damage to you so you would live longer.
I just came back from a four month break of RS, and was curious to find out what the best money making strategy would be given my current stats. I was thinking towards law crafting using the abyss, but I have heard that GWD has become a great money maker.
Extremely difficult getting 99 slayer without having anyother 99 combat skills. Slayerbelle is about to be the only person I could find with a 99 untrimed slayer cape at 98 slayer and a few xp till 99
Well Im 65 agility right now and used to train in the wild agility course. Now because of the reverants there it is near impossible to train there without one getting through the gate and losing a lot of food. What are my alternatives for training now?
Defence: - 500, A souls bane - 600, In search of the Myreque - 2000, In Aid of the Myreque - 2-3k, Nature spirit - 2800, the Fremennik Trials - 5000, Between a rock... - 15,300, Holy Grail - 18,650, Dragon slayer These are the quests that would give defence experience.
I would train my fishing to get into the fishing for the guild because most likely you would get another lvl 3 clue that would require you to go into the fishing guild. Plus you might even get the great 3rd age armour. :D
I just got this as my slayer task of spirtual rangers and I was wondering a few questions about it. What is a good equipement setup? Where can they be found? Are they worth doing? What sort of items should I bring?
I would definatly stick to the fire giants at waterfall, there is a great chance of getting rune skimmys there. If your refering to blue dragons, they would go way to slow at your range lvl and the arrows your using. Good luck and getting your stuff back.
Like previously said 99 cooking is very fast. Also, it has cost me near nothing for 99 cooking due to buying raw lobs and then selling the cooked lobs in edge.
This is probaly over your limit but worth it. Buy a mud staff and auto curse, also wear bonuses against magic attack like rune armour so that you fail and dont have to click over and over.
