April 25, 200521 yr I haven't played it, and i'm not going to. I realy don't think its going to be a game worth playing.... but I guess i can't say much, because of course, i haven't played it. but i wouldn't waste my money untill i found out more about it.
April 25, 200521 yr I think it's a silly idea that they just made true because they wanted a bunch of money from Matrix freaks, lol. I mean come on...There's magic spells (essentially) but it's called "Hacking"....Ooookay..
April 25, 200521 yr well the game was planned to be a hit but the nbest word to describe it MEH there are very little people playing and it gets boring after a while I don't recomend buying it to anyone
April 25, 200521 yr matrix should be kept on DVD not in a game... - Only character in Runescape History maxed out in RSC and RS2
April 25, 200521 yr matrix should be kept on DVD not in a game... Yeah, and how much time has passed since the movies came out? I mean they weren't all that great too. I don't know why anyone beside the hardcore matrix fans would want to play such a game.
April 25, 200521 yr And if the game "Enter the Matrix" is anything to go by, this game is going to be abysmal.
April 25, 200521 yr I looked at the site again for the second time (last time I looked was a year ago) and man, it looks duuuuuumb. Essentially, it's the same as all MMORPG's..Spells, blah blah, weapons, items, blahaaaahhhahahhh.. Except...Spells are called "hacking" and you can send your opponent a "virus"...Directly into..their body..? What the... I didn't follow the Matrix well, but last time I checked, the people weren't computers...So, I don't get it. It just looks dumb..All future/modern MMORPG's look dumb.
April 25, 200521 yr Don't listen to all these people bashing The Matrix Online when they haven't even played it. I played in the Beta stress-test, and I can tell you that I thoroughly enjoyed nothing. It is a terrible game. Most missions consist of "Go rescue this redpill (awakened person) from some bad guys, then take her to our hideout". Thats it. The game places way too much emphasis on The Merovingian. Apparently, the three powers in the game are the Machines, Zion, and the Merovingian. When I watchd the movies, I wasn't under the impression that the Merovingian was the leader of some huge force that rivaled the other two. This game would be barely worth $15 a year in subscription fees, let alone a MONTH. Do yourself a favour and instead play World of Warcraft, Everquest 2, or.. RuneScape.
