Animal Crossing Wii

Featured Replies

While it still is only a couple...years from release, I couldn't help but make a topic to see what people think about the idea of Animal Crossing Wii. Before you start flaming, "omfg u girl animal crozzing is 4 babies omg gmmgmgmg"; it is, of my knowledge, a game [Animal Crossing: Wild World] enjoyed by a fair amount of my Tip.It friends, and a good game to just simply relax and socialize in. I use it as a wireless, fun, and effective way to connect with far-away friends in a creative universe, not because I like to participate in the various mini-games. Ok. Maybe occasionally.

Overall, I think this would be a great game. I'm also interested in the fact that IGN reports the Japan release date is December 31st, but obviously we can't be sure. The American release date is TBA 2008.

I really loved Animal Crossing for GC. But AC Wild World killed the series for me so I'm probably not going to get Wii verison.

Quit RuneScape :)

I loved Animal Crossing for Game Cube also but i haven't played it in ages. Thats why the animal crossing stage in SSBB will give me a bit of nostalgia, but i think i will probably rent the game for the Wii when it comes out.

I really want to get this. I loved AC on GC and Wild World was kind of a dissapointment but im really looking forward to the Wii version

Yeah, I have Animal Crossing on the GC.

Too bad the online connectivity is going to be a failure because Nintendo's phobia of an online community. If only they didn't cradle to little kids so much :(

Wii is a family console, made mainly for kids. I don't know where manhunt 2 for wii fits in, but most of wii's games are E rated. (Except for Manhunt 2 and a few others)

Yeah, WW was a disappointment... kinda fun to just build up the house though. Reminds me of building a station on EVE, heck I dedicated a room in the house for EVE Trinity... Coming out on the 5th <3: .

Probably gonna see how it is on the wii, rent it, then if it is good I'll buy. Oh, and prepare to see some more M-AO games on the wii... I see them on the horizion. Manhunt and No More Heros aren't just the oddballs, there are gonna be more. Trust me... that is how the industry works. Someone makes good hardware, the big sellers (killing spree games, fps, etc.) are gonna go there. Especially for the motion control.

There's been some rumors that ACWii will be released in January in the UK, 25/01/2008.
