i hear barb assault is good for cutting willows is there any requirments and were is it, im a lvl 3 acc with 79 wc can i got there on lvl 3?

Just buy a Games Necklace (or make) and use it to teleport there.

Yes, barbarian assault is a good place to chop willows. I don't believe there are any requirements and barbarian assault is located far north from ardougn or just north-east of the tree gnome stronghold. But if you can get your hands on a games necklace you can just teleport straight there. The willows are just outside of barbarian assault and you bank your logs at the deposit box just inside barbarian assault.
