December 5, 200718 yr Well, this problem has only just started and it's driving me crazy :wall: Right, My laptop keeps crashing on me. The reason it keep crashing is because I type something. Weired eh? Whenever I press any of the keys on the keyboard, boom! Crash! The screen stays the same, if I am running a video the video will still play, but I can't move the mouse or type anything at all. When I use the On-Screen keyboard to type, it's fine and works ok, but I don't want to be using that the rest of my life :-w I have already tried a System Restore but no luck. Any suggestions as to what I can try would be great! Thanks in advance guys!
December 5, 200718 yr Try putting the model number of the computer into google, if you haven't already. It sounds like you have a defective keyboard.

December 5, 200718 yr Author Thanks for replies guys, sorry about lack of information. Operating System: Windows XP: Service Pack 2 Manufacture: Packard Bell (Sorry, not too sure of model) Hope this helps
December 6, 200718 yr To get the system info do this: Start>Run>dxdiag Apart from that, I'll have to agree with snipersas and say you have a defective keyboard.
