Well, this problem has only just started and it's driving me crazy :wall:

 

 

 

Right, My laptop keeps crashing on me. The reason it keep crashing is because I type something. Weired eh? Whenever I press any of the keys on the keyboard, boom! Crash! The screen stays the same, if I am running a video the video will still play, but I can't move the mouse or type anything at all. When I use the On-Screen keyboard to type, it's fine and works ok, but I don't want to be using that the rest of my life :-w I have already tried a System Restore but no luck.

 

 

 

Any suggestions as to what I can try would be great! Thanks in advance guys!

Try putting the model number of the computer into google, if you haven't already. It sounds like you have a defective keyboard.

You could have atleast told us basic information such as your operating system and laptop model.

yeah some info would be good.

 

 

 

for now do u have or know anyone with a usb keyboard? a lot of wireless ones are.

 

 

 

not going to be able to do much trouble shooting if it crashes everytime u touch a key.

Apart from that, I'll have to agree with snipersas and say you have a defective keyboard.
