December 7, 200718 yr I can afford swordfish to PK ($ isn't really a big problem.. I PK mostly for fun because there isn't much to be won in F2P Pk anyway... so I would rather win than make money on the win :P) Are they better, though? Some food are faster to eat than others, right? Are swordfish slower? The same? Faster, even? Opinions? [/bads]
December 7, 200718 yr I don;t know the spead of eating it, but my guess is that Swrodfishes are better because they heal 3 more, so if you have like 26 swords: 26 x 12 = 312 HP to heal -> Lobs 26 x 15 = 390 HP to heal -> Swords Friendship is like peeing on yourself: everyone can see it, but only you get the warm feeling that it brings
December 7, 200718 yr You eat everything at the exact same time, so swordfish > lobs. I personally use swordfish for DMs and lobs for norm pking. ~>St Jonno<~

December 9, 200718 yr swordies are much more expensive and hard to get...i catch swordies tho but most ppl use lobs because u can buy them easily...swordies heal 14 or 15? opposed to the 12 that lobs heal and u eat everything same time 99 Strength Achieved 26/9/08. L0L in 3 years I've made 7m. In the past 2 days I've made 7.2m on top of that thanks to Bounty Hunter. So why play for 3 years when you can do that?
December 9, 200718 yr Swordies heal 14, not 15, unless they recently changed it... And it really doesn't matter, I'm pretty sure all levels in f2p generally use lobs, even the higher ones like 80+ combat, it's just the most well known pking food. Doesn't make too much of a difference which you use. The ULTIMATE Runescape weapon
December 9, 200718 yr If you have the money go for swords. You can't get them that easy but there the best. Those 3hp points make a difference. Add it all up and you've got about 80gp to save yourself more than lobs.
December 10, 200718 yr Author Fishing is so slow it isn't worth it, even though I can fish swordfish now... Even at really high levels it is slow.. I'd rather just buy the fish and then spend the time saved making 3x what the fish are worth or more :P [/bads]
