Just like on Myspace and many websites, Runescape should use CAPTCHA and email verification. And one email per account. Also they should develop certain security features when creating an account. Also they should do tat you need to fill out a CAPTCHA when you login ...

They used to have this back in the "good ol' days of RSC." In order to gain maximum xp you would have to be rested by sleeping. During this sleeping you would have to type in a random word or something.

I found this rather annoying (as well as other players) and was gotten rid of when RS2 came out.

As for the one email per account. It could work, but with read-only email sites out there, like http://dodgeit.com, you can easily set up new accounts without going through a registration process.

i played RSC for 3 years! I remember sleep. lol yeah you had to put in words like "cabbage" and "basketball". runescape should allow only a handful of emails like aol, yahoo, msn and a few others only. RSC brings back a lot of memories lol
