I heard that each monster adds its drop to the chest... What would I need to kill for the main money runes at barrows? Better yet, what do each of the monsters add to the chest?

It equal on all monsters if I'm not wrong (not counting brothers) those orange worms are easy/fast to kill same with small rats, skeletons are great if you have them as a slayer task with black mask

Only the amount of barrow brothers will affect your barrow/rare drops. Otherwise, the kc will only raise your runes/bolt rack kc.
