Hey, I did this one in Paint, so please rate it and tell me what i could do to make it better, thanks.

 

 

 

The vectored (I'm assuming it's a vector) character looks nice, but the background looks too rough. Maybe try creating more of a scene. If you don't wanna do that, try smoothing it out a little bit. Also, the text has two problems, 1) The Color clashes greatly with the rest of the sig, and 2) The font is, in my opinion, not so good looking. Overall, the sig is very good, just smooth things out and try to make sure everything doesn't look out of place.

How exactly do I "smooth things out"? And what type of scene do you suggest i should put instead of the fire?

Maybe try continuing that little patch of grass into a forest, or maybe into a town square, it's really all up to you. Imagination comes in handy. :D

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

To smooth out the fire, take the most inner (i.e. brightest) color of the flame, and then, using the pencil tool, make it "bleed" into the next color by intermixing the pixels. Do the same for all the shades.

try drawing your own person instead of using rs outline..

If that text is all MS Paint can produce (un AA) (I wouldn't know since I don't have paint) I suggest getting Photoshop or Gimp. I think you did a nice coloring job, but next time you should try drawing the character by yourself. You can only get so many different poses tracing on RS.

um there are no fonts on ms paint. you copy from another program, i use pp.
