The more EXP is from when you have 90-91 thieving so that you can access the final room in PP.

 

The trickier part is getting to level 90/91ish, but after that it is rather easy and possible within a few days.

it was around 78 hours from 1-99

You will NOT be getting 300k exp an hour until you hit 91 thieving and even then 300k an hour is a rare occurance (correct me if I am wrong)
