Bounty Hunter...

Featured Replies

Heres one thing I don't get: If I kill someone in bounty hunter, do I get all of their items or just 3ks worth?

All of their items.

The same rules apply now as prior to pking in BH, i.e. you must have done the most damage to your opponant to get the drop. If he had a battle previously where he ate 15 sharks, his attacker left, he ate up and you 3 hit him - then it would be his 1st attacker that would get the drop, not you - and there would be no pile eif his 1st attacker never got to it on time.

someone was running to the exit and i hit the last 3 on him, and I was accreditted with his kill. I'm not sure if he dropped anything, but the clan killing him was on me.

I think it might be a "last hit" type of system

Correct me if I'm wrong but when this came out I thought it sounded like Jagex was trying to create two areas - one for individuals to battle and one for clans.

From posts I've seen here it looks like clans and teams are dominating Bounty Hunter.

As a loner type, I was interested in trying Bounty Hunter but now I'm disgusted by the thought.

Is this what they meant to do with this or is it just another wrong move?

Yes.... even more so it seems there teams of 99 STR pures of 99 range, mage etc etc pures

Like seriously..... WTF were jagex thinking making it multi combat?...... Thats what clan wars is for

Except...They're pures with high defence!

No..... The other die i got killed by a 3 man team... all with 99 str, low def and 60 att in the 55-100 area

My team has 6-8 people with 1-2 binders and the rest full rune, or ranging.

One or 2 are rune pures, range tanks, the rest are normal main accounts. All are 100cb or below, but all above 90. This setup of team does very well in Bounty Hunter, but as a preferred solo pker, the lack of any 1v1 area is a sad sight :(

I hear whispers that a 1v1 area will be popping up sooner than later though :)

I would say that Jagex totally screwed the pooch on this one. That team tactic is just lame. Just about as lame as team pking was. Once lame, always lame I guess.
