My friend wants a sara sword, he has 75 attack and 70 strength.

 

 

 

Is it worth it? I mean he only has 70 str, could he hit good?

If he wants to train strength (excusively), then the Sara Sword might be better for him.

 

 

 

Otherwise, I'd say stay with a whip and use a defender or a nice shield (Sara Sword is 2h) to make up for any difference
