December 19, 200718 yr After i select the world, the game start running like usual but then it stay[/img] checking for updates: If some1 cant see the image, it stay saying "checking for updates - 10%" Then, after waiting a lot, it go to an error page: if some1 cant see the image, the error name is: Error_game_js5io - Io error. I dont know what to do know, i already reboot my computer, i use another wolrd with different location and my firewall and my avg dont interfere with runescape download. Plz help Sal2008

December 22, 200718 yr Clear the internet cache OR Delete the jagex cache C:\Windows\.jagex_cache_32 EDIT: Actually do both. Clear cache and delete the jagex cache. :) dw deleting it won't mess up your pc.
December 22, 200718 yr At the detail select screen, find the drop down menu that let's you choose which type of java to use. Try the bottom one.
