Yes... this is quite interesting. No doubt in the run up to Summoning.

 

 

 

I've added it into the drops list under "Misc:" but I need to know whether it was 100% or not? That monster doesn't have any other drops so it wouldn't surprise me if this was the case.

 

 

 

Also, for anyone hunting Vultures in the future, keep an eye out for this drop. I also suspect Jagex may not have meant to add this prior to Summoning. Nonetheless, I'll add the drop anyway.

It's not 100%. A bunch of us have spent 30+ minutes there and only gotten 1 or 2, if that.

 

 

 

I would call it somewhat uncommon, but that's it. Not too rare or anything.
