i mean the one that gives +6 stat boost, what do i need to make it?

Depends on the stat you want to raise. The different colours of spice influence different stats. I believe the quest guide knows which colour influences what.

 

 

 

Keep in mind that the +6 effect in the desired skill is very rare. I used a stew to get a +5 construction bonus and needed to make about 20 evil stews (3 doses of orange spice each!).

 

 

 

On the bright side, that cat training medal will be yours very quickly! :D
