I'm level 69 attack, and 69k xp away from 70.

 

I bought a whip this morning (1.12M - Bargain \ )

 

 

 

I was wonderign where the best place will be to raise my level. I'm not bothered about drops, just the monster.

 

I don't want to waste money on food, so somewhere they don't hit many or at all.

Just find something and hit it? 69k is possible a few hours, not like you need a long term plan set out.

 

 

 

Slayer is one of the best options overall because your working more efficient. Or you could try fire giants, dust devils, or ankou.
