Wow my laptop fails, need to get it upgraded for cheap.

Well, I would want to use my laptop to run some games, but I have these specs anyhow:

Operating System: Windows XP Service Pack

Processor: Intel Celeron with 1.3 GHz

RAM: 728 Megabytes

Video, or video card: Intel 82852/82855 Graphics Controller(Hell, I don't have a GeForce even)

Audio: I think mine works fine, no idea how to check for it though.

Disc Drive: No idea how fast it is, need to figure out how to check also.

Hard Drive: I have about 250 gigs on an external HD, so no worries here.

I don't think these can run any games nowadays. I need to find a way to get my comp to run games for cheap(preferably not in the $1000+ range.)

I was going to eat hot dogs for dinner tonight. I think I will settle for cereal.

Nothing short of buying a new laptop is going to help, that thing is a brick as far as it is concerned for games.

Laptops are difficult to upgrade and are generally useless for gaming anyway so I wouldn't bother.

Look around for some $1000 desktop pc's that should be enough to play some decent games.

look at replacement instead of upgrading.
