i didn't really get this, but i think you mean skull sceptre you get from stronghold of security by slaying monsters in each stage

You get the scepter from the stronghold of security, which isn't in the wilderness. You kill minitours in the first level, flesh crawlers in the second, catablatons in the third, and ankous in the fourth. I'm pretty sure it's those monsters, but I may be wrong.
