You get the scepter from the stronghold of security, which isn't in the wilderness. You kill minitours in the first level, flesh crawlers in the second, catablatons in the third, and ankous in the fourth. I'm pretty sure it's those monsters, but I may be wrong.

This doesn't really annoy me with skills, but with items, it does. I don't really know why. It's just that me getting say, a santa hat, and someone showing off with a party hat set would annoy me more than if I get 1,500 total then someone comes in and says "Cool. I have 2,000". Maybe it's because people are mainly showing off with items.

After 40 seconds, if you do nothing, they die of a heart attack. If you do write a way for them to die, you have six minutes to go into detail. You can not harm others with this notebook, so you can't have someone kill someone who's name you do not know. I don't know what I'd do with it. Maybe keep it in case someone begins shooting at me or pulls a knife?

The hob goblins by Crafters Guild are good. Also, the stronghold of security has monsters good for any level. I'd try one of the two.

No, I don't regret it. Besides being sleep deprived since Summer began ( :lol: ), I've had no side affects from it. I still play other games, read books, I'm almost a black belt in TaeKwonDo, and I still get all A's and B's in school. You can play Runescape and still have a life.

8/10 The [bleep]es weren't placed good. If the santa hat was straightened, they'd both be on one side of the hat.
