Yeah, I think it would be cool to trade houses. So, someone has a deed for the house. The player wanting to buy it can check to see what the house looks like. You can somehow hold 28 sharks, and still run :D You can somehow get that little feather top when making a full helmet. You can dig somewhere in a clue and get a rune platebody, bu if someone else digs... Karil armor somehow gets damaged when your attacking a monster long ranged.
