At varrock castle, theres a Zammy mage or something locked up, you could tray that.

Anything that can't hit you, isn't crowded a lot, and is fairly abundant. Zombies from across the water in Varrock sewers, crafting guild hobgoblins, skeletons in the edgeville dungeon...The list goes on

Also, you get the same exp whether you "hit" with the Curse spell, or you don't. Meaning, you want to cast the maximum amount by having the least magic bonus against an opponent with decent magic defense.

 

 

 

I suggest, full iron, leather vamps, and your staff. This maximizes your chance to miss the Curse spell. An opponent to train on? I would suggest that zamorak mage like DarkmanX99 suggested, as it's the only thing I can think of with Magic defense.

Out of everything I have tried, this is the absolutely best one.

 

Only because he recovers from succesful casts in around 1 sec.
