Hi, I was wondering what would be the most profitable to invest in trough my kingdom. I used to do maples and coal the last time I was a member but both prices have dropped due to the GE.

 

 

 

I got 7.5M to put in the coffers.

Some aporximate GE prices:

 

Coal 160 ea

 

maples 50 ea

 

nests 1.3k ea

 

 

 

MTK costs (from tip.it guide)

 

 

 

Coal 91.6 ea

 

Maple 56.1 ea

 

 

 

Profit

 

 

 

Coal 160 - 91.6 = ~68.4 gp per

 

Maple 50-56.1 = ~ -6.1gp

 

 

 

So you lose on maples, but with maples every 350 you get, you get a nest so thats 1.3k/350 = 3.7gp value per log. That makes it -2.4gp per log, so you are still losing some money on maples, although I didn't factor in tree seeds which can at least make you break a profit, although not as much as you used to. Herbs and herb seeds are decent but not as good as they used to be. Flax is worthless, and you won't make much money on it. Fish aren't really good, as they are cheaper fish.

5 maple

 

2 herb

 

 

 

And it seems to work decent for me.

Hmm I put max on mahogany and teak, the rest on coal. Too bad it doesn't make as much money as before :cry:

I wouldn't rely on nests for MTK. Coal is still at a good price, but I wouldn't know what to spend the other 5 workers at.

I always did flax, before GE and isn't is still about the same price.
