So I now know to mage him(from the results of my previous thread) but I still have an important question.

 

 

 

When maging Damis, should I wear mage robes, or prayer boosting armour?

I'd go for a bit of both.

 

 

 

For example, wear a holy symbol, mystic and a God cape.

 

 

 

That will give a little prayer bonus as well as a good Magic bonus.

How did he not answer the question? :-k Seems like a logical answer to me. Wear good magic boosting armor, but wear a holy symbol + unholy book or book of balance for a decent prayer bonus.

You want to kill Damis as quickly as possible, with your most powerful Earthspell.

 

 

 

Get your best Magic attack boosting equipment and get runes for your strongest Earth spell. When I was working through Desert Treasure, I used full Lunar robes, substituting in the following items:

 

 

 

- Helm of Neitiznot; from "The Fremennik Isles"

 

- Cape of Legends; from "Legends Quest"

 

- Chaos Gauntlets; from "Family Crest" <-- for chaos-based Earth spell

 

- Ring of Life

 

- Amulet of Power

 

- Anti-firebreath shield; from "Dragon Slayer"

 

 

 

Now, depending on your prayer points, load up on 7 to 10 4-dose Prayer pots and some decently high food in case you get hurt. If you feel you need more Prayer boosting items, substitute accordingly:

 

 

 

- Holy/Unholy book <--> Anti-firebreath shield

 

- Holy/Unholy symbol

 

 

 

You probably want to boost your attack bonuses to help you hit Damis harder so I suggest using the Unholy book and Unholy symbol.
