Chickens until your attack strength and defence are all 10 or more, train at cows until your attack strength and defence are all 20 or more then buy full mith (about 10k) and train at mintoaurs in the stronghold of security until your stats are 40.

I suggest collecting the hides from cows from all 10 to all 20, it'll make you at least 10K to buy your mith. Also, collect all your feathers, and bury all your bones from chickens.

 

Minotaurs will most likely require food, so bring some trout (get your fishing up) and req. assistance if you don't feel like getting cooking up.
