God damnit, people these days need to learn what is actual stock and what is not stock.

IMAGES ON DEVIANTART IS ART CREATED BY ARTISTS JUST LIKE YOU AND ME. BY USING THEIR WORK YOU ARE IN FACT RIPPING IT

Take down the sig immediately, it's ripping and we do not tolerate that on these forums.

It's using art by another artist for your own gain.

How the hell is it not ripping is the question.

it didn't look that different from the original anyway .

It's just like taking a render from a site like planetrenders.net ... Other people did it.

I don't see why I wouldn't be able to use it if i'm not selling, nor claiming it as the render made by me.

Also, where on that specific page is the image copyrighted? Or saying that I can't use it? :? If there's a print option on DeviantArt, why wouldn't I be able to use it in a signature?

EDIT: Oh, not to mention a "Share This/Blog It" link... #-o

I mean, I took out their background, added my own. There main background color was black, mine was somewhat of an orange smoggy background. :|

planet renders is meant for using them, deviant art is meant for showing your art.

1980 Berlinetta with a 350, bored, mild cam, intake carb, headers, exhaust

Well I can't see the original image, but I trust Nadril's analysis.

Closing this, the image has been taken down, and only flaming is left.

Make sure you don't rip, if an artist has created an image, unless you get permission to use it, don't.
