Well seeing as you have to get more than 12m xp, Id wait till at least 80 range to use chins.. it will cost around 25m plus p pots I think..

 

 

 

Just kill dragons till 80 then use chins

Think it's reccomended to start at 85. From what I can remember it's around 50k chins, so at 600ea that's 30m, not sure how many prayer/range pots you'd need though.

I've been using blue dragons for a little while - 76-80

It's around 130k an hour with exp and clues, not too bad.

well if ur going for 99 range i think pc is the best. It is awsome if ur planning to use chins cause you can hide and range(to avoid damage from your own chins) and you get cash back as well as additional exp.

 

 

 

Still with Ape atoll if you plan to stay at the alter with a good armor and emergency food, you could get 99 range with your chins. I suggest using plain arrows. They are cheaper and if you use an accumulator they come back, saving cash in the longer run.

with arrows i think it would be about 5.5m(500k iron to be on the safe side, and you won't even need half of this probably but just incase) and 250k mith would be around 12mil.

 

 

 

And with chins it will be somewhere in the high millions. Depends if you plan on using grey or red. But this will be alot of money.

 

 

 

-It really depends how much money you are willing to lose.And i know i gave you some other suggestions but its there to help. I just don't think ape atoll is good for you right now. After 80 it should be better.
