It's only useful when your gonna go pking and need to boost your prayer. I have gone from 71 pray to 85 pray with it, but it's not very accurate. Example, ive hit sometimes 14 damage, and gotten 7 prayer points up with the special. No, it's not better than Dragon dagger at all. This item is best only for Bandos boss, cause it's a bandos item.

This item is only useful in special circumstances.

 

 

 

1)It's a great way to boast your prayer above limit (especially since prayer does not slowly decrease back to normal).

 

 

 

2)I find it very useful in the minigame Temple Trekking because it takes allot of time and does not give you easy access to altars. After rare occassions when I need to pray (such as the Giant Snails), I would use my special bars to slowly refill my prayer back up.
