Best spot for hellhounds

I have these as my task, whats the best way to kill them? Is it simply equipping my melee gear + mask and guthaning when I need to heal?

 

 

 

EDIT: Now that i've figured out how I will kill them, I need to find the best spot FOR ME. I will hopefully get a lot of clues, and will do them as soon as I get them, so I need a spot not too hard to get to and close to bank if possible. Thanks

~That's a fine method. You can also range or cannon them; there's a lot of safe spots.~

Ardougne dungeon(family crest dungeon) is the only place that comes to mind. Its relatively close to the bank too.

Taverly dungeon, past the doors with blue dragons behind, past the black demons, past the poison spiders, there are hellhounds with safespots, fit for cannon,but you will get flamed if you bring one down there. very good place, anti-dragonfire shieal is advised when running past the dragons(Yes there are almost always ppl there that fight them, but they are agressive and seem to start a fight with a blast :oops: ), also dont forget the key!
