i don't think so, i really think that this is a problem. Prices are low because a lot of ppl use the grand exchange to buy/sell rune stuff, so is not a merchanting thing.

So, if you think that, why did you ask the question?

A quand un monde fran̮̤̉̉ais?

Are you wanting that the rune platebody be the worth of 5 rune bars/5 rune ore+40 coal and a rune dagger be the worth of 1 rune bar?

The reason why this isn't happening is because smithing is not the only way these items enter the economy.

You can get these items from monster drops, and that is why these prices do no correlate to rune bar prices.

It's pretty simple.

There is a large supply of these items, so price goes down. Not really anyone's fault.

The Rune Bar's price doesn't really change because of the limited supply.

but there was always a relation on rune bars/cost of kiteshield, platelegs and rune 2h,

It has to do with items in demand and hi-alch prices.

Most items will only fall 200 under the hi-alch price, otherwise, people would just alch them instead of selling them.

Let's take a look at all items with anaylsis:

Rune bars lets say are 14k

Dagger:

Hi-alch:4800

Cost using rune bars:14000

Market/Ge price-4700

Monster drops:many

Due to the super low demand, this item will hang around the hi-alch price.

Mace

hi-alch:8640

Cost using rune bars:14000

Market/Ge price-9100

Most drops:7

Another low demand item, meaning this follows the hi-alch price.

Med helm

hi-alch:11520

Cost using rune bars=14000

Market/Ge price-12100

Monster drops:Quite a few

Low demand. Follows the hi-alch price.

Sword:

Hi-alch-12480

Cost using rune bars=14000

Market/Ge price-13500

Monster drops:1(really?)

Very very low demand, follows hi-alch price.(the ge price was probably originally set at 13500 and probably never changed because no one was buying/selling)

Scimmy

Hi-alch:15360

Cost using rune bars:28k

market/ge price:20500

Monster drops: Quite a few

Although this item is still very hot for f2p because it the best wep in the game, there are other factors for its relatively low price. Because there are so many circulating out there, and with more pumping in each day, the supply is growing, which means the price will generally stay.

Long sword

hi-alch:19200

Cost using rune bars:28000

Market/Ge price-20000

Monster drops:Some

Low demand item. Follows hi-alch

Full helm

hi-alch:21120

Cost using rune bars:28000

Market/Ge price-23200

Mosnter drops:Some

Some to little demand, but lots of people who can smith this and also the monster drops will make the supply more than enough to make it follow the hi-alch price.

Square Shield

hi-alch:23040

Cost using rune bars:28000

Market/Ge price:24800

Monster drops:Quite a few

Not too much demand, will follow hi-alch price.

Warhammer

hi-alch:24900

Cost using rune bars:42000

Market/Ge price:29000

Monster drops:Some

Theres no demand, but there's not much supply. Will be a little above hi-alch price.

Battleaxe

hi-alch:24960

Cost using rune bars:42000

Market price:27500

Monster drops:Quite a few

Tiny market. Usually follows hi-alch price.

Chainbody

hi-alch:30000

Cost using rune bars:42000

Market price:34700

Monster drops:Some

Not a big market, usually follows hi-alch price.

Kiteshield

hi-alch:26640

Cost using rune bars:42000

Market price:38000

Monster drops:Quite a few

The supply of this isn't really that high and the monsters that drop this are pretty high lvled. This seems like its more follwing the rune bar price, but is a little lower because some of the supply is from people getting monster drops and bounty, who want to get rid of quickly.

2h

hi-alch:38400

Cost using rune bars:42000

Market price:43700

Monster drops:Some

High in demand for f2p. The fact that you can only get this thru player smith or monster drops, the supply is low, meaning smithers make up most of the supply, therefore price will follow rune bars.

Platelegs

Hi-alch:38400

Cost using rune bars:42000

Market/Ge price:42800

Monster drops:5

Same as 2h's

Platebody

Hi-alch:39000

Cost using rune bars:70000

Market/ge price:45000

Monster drops:6

Don't really understand why it is this price.

Conclusion:kitesheild, platelegs, and 2h all follow the bar price because of little monster drops, the need for 99 to make, and the fact that the 2h cannot be bought at a store.

As to your second question

Do you have an idea of how can this be changed?

It cannot be changed because most of the weapons that are not in line with the bar prices have something that needs the same req, but is more powerful than that, meaning that the item is pretty much not used.

Hope this helps.
