Yes, and you can also get them from the "Fake Abyss" using Fairy Rings (CKS).

yes, you can also get them from the fairy-ring abyss... "CKS" is the combo, I think. If you can, use fairy ring abyss. It's single combat, and you won't be skulled.

and where would that be? i think there's a quest to use those right?

Yeah, you have do Fairy Tale Part II, A - Cure a Queen, or at least up to the point where you gain access to Fairy Rings. You don't need the Herblore/Farming/Thieving requirements if you just want access to the rings.
