The ideas look pretty good to me, but like harrinator said, they could bring in expensive items, like a whip or godsword for example, and die on purpose which allows rwt to live on. If the amount you could bring in was limited, either to a set number like 1million, or a number based on, lets say quest points. Take Jagex's trade limits and multiply them by like 100 or 50. Then it could be further limited to that amount being the max that can be gained or lost per day. This would allow the wilderness to live on while effectively stopping real world trading.
