hey i like the skill herblore and i was wondering if it's good making money through it?

It's very hard to make money unless you get your own herbs or second ingredients.

perhaps farming then to get my herbs? then make pots?

It's possible to make money with Herblore by farming your herbs, but it is a long process and its easy to make money through another skill and then buy herbs/2nds/vials and making up the pots and selling.

 

 

 

Farming Ranarr's can be a good moneymaker on the side, plant and forget, then come back later, I used to farm them for cash.

It's possible this is what you do:

 

 

 

Do some slayer to get herb seeds

 

Plant the herb seeds and gather your herbs

 

Get your own vials and 2nd ingredients

 

Make potions

 

Sell at World 2 or Grand Exchange
