I can say for certain that Revenant Pyrefiends drop gold. I just killed one 10 minutes ago and got a 64gp drop. Also the Protect from Magic prayer seemed to help when fighting the beastie. Thats all for now. More posts on Revenants will be forthcoming.

Uhm, all revenants drop gold. Maybe its just me thinking this, but your kinda late with this.

as far as I know .. they ALL drop coins <.<

thats fine but there is no listing on the Tip.it beastiary that they actually drop gold, which is why Im posting that they do

A lot of the revenant information in the bestiary is wrong. I have made a guide (in my signature) with some info, but it hasn't been entered quite yet into the bestiary (i assume needs more confirmations)
