My fishing lvl is 61 right now and i want to get it up to around 75-80 b4 going members in the future. Would it be faster to fish lobs and sell at general store or to fly fish in barbarian village.

alright i'm gonna need a lot of feathers so should i buy them or kill chickens for them?

Yep fly fish, try to give away them to semeone, there's a lot of people who gets the fishes, if not drop :

It shouldn't take too long either way, only around 10-12k feathers from your level to 75. But buying them is sufficiently faster.

Buying them is definitely faster, and they aren't expensive, but if you are the type that gets bored easily, you may want to get them yourself. Get about 500 or 1k, fish until they are gone, then go gather more feathers to take a break from fishing ...plus you'll get a little combat XP in the process.

where would be the best place to get my feathers if i decided to do it that way

I like the Champions guild if you're kiling the chickens.

There are only three places in f2p that I know of where you can kill chickens; near the Lumbridge Farms, and south of the Falador Farms (north of Port Sarim), and the Champion's Guild. I'd choose the latter, it's much less crowded.
