Does anyone know of an email addy that I can use to talk to Jag staff? I realy want to see about getting my mute lifted as they have new system since I was muted and I can't appeal.

 

Or I won't to ask about some kid of way to tell other members that I'm muted. I hate coming arcross as an [wagon] for not talking when peoepl ak for my lvls or when I'm Wcing, I look like an auto. >_< The only way I can get the message across atm is by click every emote about 20 times untill they understand. -_-'

:) but i think if it releated only with runescape and with game things then better search for some way of contact on http://www.runescape.com try RSOF

Suggestion: You can use Anchor on Waterfiends - is cheap if to compare to GS & effective with crush attack & it hit like Whip.

I've look, didn't find anything.

 

Is there a way I can talk to a mod? I can't use the forum cause I'm muted, witch sucks TBH.

 

 

 

It would be great if one of you would be kind enough to PM a mod or somthing and try to help me. ;]

For this kind things you can appeal like ban appeal maybye? i not sure, i never got muted, baned (in any game) & got no any bad points (i don't know how it exactly called), i think you need just wait for answer here, some more familar with these things person maybye answer here, just if you want contact mod, is better to search for some way on runescape.com i think solution can be new character creation and you then can contact using new char..

Thats the thing, I can't appeal. Right after I was muted(and I quit for a while) they installed a new system, so they have no infomation on why I was muted in the first place, witch is kind annying to say the least.

 

 

 

I would have to make another account members in order to do that, I'm not doing that. :P

You need to contact customer support which can be found on the main site. There you will find a link to "Bans and Mutes"

You need to contact customer support which can be found on the main site. There you will find a link to "Bans and Mutes"

I've been on there, all the links click on take back to the start. I CAN'T APPEAL.I need to talk to them in some other way.

 

 

 

They dont talk to players ingame about mutes/bans. You need to send in a customer support following the links i gave. If you do that you see that it directs you to a log in screen where you can log in to your account and send them a 400 limited charakter message. Just click on my link to get there.

Donno whats wrong with your browser, this link works fine

 

Anyway, in the RS main page select from the menu on the left the "Appeal an Offence/Ban" which is under the Account recovery category.

 

Login and write the message.

Nothing is wrong with my browser.

 

And for the last time I CAN NOT APPEAL MY MUTE. THEY HAVE NOT RECORD OF MY MUTE DUR TO THE NEW SYSTEM.
