Do you think making 2k of brutals is worthwhile? After all, buying them is easier, but they don't sell... I might go chop some logs, but they cost a pretty penny considering you could only get 2 shafts per log. Ah, well, hope my offer's filled soon.

Buying them can take a long time, since no one really makes the arrows. What you can do, is making some brutals yourself while having the offer on the ge.

1. Yep, Rants gives you all hats you can get as long as you don't have them in your bank or inventory.

 

2. Not to this date. Rants holds all of them for you though.
