January 12, 200818 yr You'll need to start Mourning Ends Part I, as bongo_man said. To start this quest, you'll need to have done Sheep herder, Roving Elves and Big Chompy Bird Hunting. To do Roving Elves, you need to have done Regicide and Waterfall Quest. And the beginning of the series, Plague City, Biohazard and Unerground Pass. are needed to start Regicide.
