For some reason I'm getting a Starry Night feeling but that was pastels I believe..I think it's just the blending of the colors. My only real problem is the yellow used to outline the clouds. It's a little too scribbled in my opinion. They're not defining the clouds like it seems they should be. They're just kind of there. Great other than that, the boat scene is lovely. Hah, Starry Night was oils I think, but you're right. Both the colours and the stroke fury are imitations like Van Gogh, but I didn't do that on purpose. As for the yellow, yes, you're right again, the only problem with markers is that you can't undo a step. I didn't even mean for the yellow to be there. I too am loving the way you blended the colors together, it reminded me of whenever we were little, and would be given crayons and just kind of scribble out a picture using colors that didn't even make sense.
