I remembered seeing tip it using sigs. Then it just suddenly disappeared like a couple months ago or so. If all sigs have disappeared then its most likely not his computer settings and they have been disabled by an admin. Lets wait for a mod or admin to come along and give an answer. Its possible ;) and its done so that people who abuse sig privaliges, such as releatedly putting images against the rules, lose their rights. Usually due to an inappropriate (nudeness, gore, language) sig before, or containing a referral link - or an admin error.
