Im looking for a monster that drops all charms, not just one thats common and the other rare.

I know personally that aberrant spectres drop them all, at different frequencies.

They one from my favorite slay monsters, bad then i think start to train slayer again after maybye 3-6 months :)

Suggestion: You can use Anchor on Waterfiends - is cheap if to compare to GS & effective with crush attack & it hit like Whip.

I've heard that mithril dragons drop 4 at a time very often and all different types.

Fire giants drop gold, crimson, green and blue. That is also the order of how common they drop those types. However, fire giants do not drop obsidian charms. You'd have to go to the Karamja Volcano if you would like those. Also, the fire giants drop these charms in sets of (1).
