Possible solution to trade scams

Featured Replies

You would think that the confirmation screen would be enough for some people. But no, they are stupid and don't read it. But, I propose a way to fix all of that. Make it to where it is impossible to remove an item once you have offered it. But, there is a 'clear all' button somewhere. This will clear both players' offers. So if they try to clear all and put another item in its place, their opponent has to put down their money again. But, this would give them an opportunity to see the switch, having to put down the money/items down again.

What do you think? Do you think this would make things worse, or make them better? I personally am leaning towards the better part. Although it will be a slight inconvenience for honest hearted traders, it would hopefully crack down on those scammers lame attempts to do the ol' switcharoo on you.

from what i can remember i have never been scammed. Ur only scammed if ur stupid and nieve about things.

i think its a good base idea though would be too anoying if u click the wrong thong
