With those games you can really only squeeze so much graphics wise out of them. They are not very complex games like WoW or Age of Conan. Maybe its a personal preference but i'd update the RAM first. It will help your computer and games run a lot smoother. If you are going to be looking into any newer games you are going to need RAM anyway. I like my NVIDIA GeForce 8800GT graphics card, flawless performance with high end games, may be a bit overkill for what you want to do but its defiently a good card.
