FOr 38-50, on most guides, They reccomend (not only guides, but my friends) master farmers, to lvl 51.

 

51+, pyramid plunder is fastest.

I just can answer the 1st, if you want REALLY FAST XP go pyramid plunder....pickpocket is slow and boring :o

i wouldnt do blackjacking it takes way to long from 38 do Warriors then master farmers to 55 then knights or pp
