But if you can afford it, i'd look at buying something like McAfee... some things are worth spending money on... and PC protection is one of them :) One-time #13 smither.All-time #1 noob.

June 20, 200521 yr Zone alarm is a pain in the butt. Id recommend using AVAST or Panda. Avast will run from dos before windows loads making it very very fast and cuts down on cpu usage and doesnt lag out ur machine. It will also remove viruses and malware that you would normally have to reboot to get rid of when it runs. For a firewall I would recommend Sygate PFP. Its free and its rock solid.
