Maybe people aree saying that is because visages are SO rare so people think you have to talk to someone But... to get the visage on the dfireshield you talk to oziarh (whatever his name is) and pay 1m or have 90 smithing and put it on your self (and i dont think many people have 90 smithing) so thats maybe how this rumor has started 1,000 F2P Total Level Reached 10/8/10 !
