Fixed it up a bit, lightened it, and tried a new text.

pretty nice background though I think it is kinda low quality, meh just a little blurry, There are some big dark spots that you dont really want, ya know. Uhh the text is pretty bad, remember text is a big part of a sig, also make it stand out a little more.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Hmm maybe add some scanlines or something just make it interesting. Also you could add a brightness and contrast layer and turn up the contrast a good bit, would prolly look pretty good.

a bit too dark on some spots and does seem a bit blurry. pretty good brush work though.

Yeah the quality is a little messed up.

Good effort, but heres a few comments about it: The scanlines need to be lightened or erased, but not totally, Text definatly needs some work.. and the background is ok.. not really liking the style, but it has some good brushing, and i dont like the size choices. And i dont like the dark spots.
