June 16, 200818 yr I got Jellies for Slayer (lvl54). I am 75 combat with almost even 61's. My mage is 23 and ranged is 40. Prayer is 41. Should I skip these and burthrope the task?
June 16, 200818 yr Just go once with an inventory of lobsters and see how well you fare. If you can only kill 20 or so, then you should probably Burthorpe the task. I find Jellies good exp, and fun to kill. June 16, 200818 yr Actually, he could use any money he makes from jellies to raise mage. I read a guide somewhere (on Zybez I think) about a good jelly setup, its probably outdated though. June 16, 200818 yr This is my jelly setup: Wearing: Best Dhide top and bottom Barrows Gloves Dragon/Rune Boots Glory Whatever cape and other stuff you want Inventory: Guthans NPC Contact runes Slayer gem Two monkfish Thats with guthans and lunar spells, however you can take out the runes and guthans if you don't have or use those, and just take a bunch of monks or lobsters. I use the fairy rings to get there, but you can also just walk from wherever. Use whatever weapon you find best. I recommend a whip or dragon scimmy.
