Basically just want to know what you think would be the best levels and setup for someone whos never PKed before?

 

It would be low level f2p.

Making a f2p lower crater Bher can be pretty quick but u need to be careful of what u skill. Since the level requirement is level 55 and lower it is a generally good idea to start to pk in the crater at level 50-52. Since the combat level is small you must cut down on skills. Everyone cuts down on defense since it makes ur cmb level go up alot. Some cut down on prayer for the same reason. then u must decide how u will fight. There is strategy and preference involved with this. U might be melee or range with 2h K0. Always remember that each bher is unique in their own way. if u just copy someone else it wont make u better than them. If u need help wat i would do is look at utube videos for the lower crater. there r a few good ones. When leveling i suggest to cut down as much combat level. for example if u need 40attack to wield rune scimmy dont get any more. When pking go with a couple of friends so u wont get pjed. bounty hunter guides r hard to come across but u have to be unique. copying someone will never make u good because millions of other ppl have copied them.

the thing about pking is its not about stats, anyone can get 99 str or range yet that doesnt make them a pure knowing what to do whenmust be second nature thats what seperates the good from everyone else. basicly get those stats and stay in the bh for the rest of ur time untill 55 cb

yeah i recently started a f2p bher, definately get a money maker skill, or just get a good pickaxe and mine normal ess, and try to do vampire slayer, it get you lvl 20 attack, thats only if you dont want the hp from training though
