opu
I always get this message  "Sorry, but due to suspicious billing activity, your account is blocked from making PayPal transactions. If you wish to sign up for RuneScape, please use our PayByCash payment option. Please note that you MUST NOT purchase membership for anyone outside your immediate family." So what a heck?? I asked from jagex that what i have done and all, and all i get is this  "Dear Ur Enemy, Thank you for contacting Jagex Billing Support. Due to suspicious details used with a payment made in the past you only have access to the payment methods offered to you by PayByCash. This payment block will not be removed. Hope this answers your query. Please always refer to the RuneScape Knowledge Base to find the answer to your queries quicker. Also check out our Billing Forums for other questions and answers. Johannas
You must have done something wrong with your card, there is little you can do if they don't like your card. There are plenty of other payment options though... Is paypal the only site you cannot use? Thank you to tripsis for an awesome sig!
Sy_Accursed
It means your paypal account and/or phone has been used to buy members for multiple accounts tht are rarely accessed from the same ip or that a detail in your payment throws up a question mark. Eg credit card on paypal having different name to that on your paypal account itself. Paypal paying by a credit or debit card when your not old enough to have one etc. Operation Gold Sparkles :: Chompy Kills :: Full Profound :: Champions :: Barbarian Notes :: Champions Tackle Box :: MA RewardsDragonkin Journals :: Ports Stories :: Elder Chronicles :: Boss Slayer :: Penance King :: Kal'gerion Titles :: Gold Statue
Pharanoid
Hmm, maybe PayByPhone is not yet released in Finland? And about PayPal, I don't know anything about that. :P But I use Visa-card to subscribe, it works great!
Zaaps1
I'd personally contact PayPal and my Credit Card provider for their records. Until then, PayByCash, or maybe PayByPhone. ~It's Super Effective! opu
Omg.... now i get this message when i asked that what ive done  "Dear Ur Enemy, Thank you for contacting Jagex Billing Support. Your account is banned because a credit card payment has been refunded due to a discrepancy with the details you provided. This has placed your account into negative credit. The refunded payment was made on 12th December 2005. To recover your account, you will need to buy membership again to repay the negative credit owed. You can check how much negative credit you have by visiting http://www.runescape.com and selecting "Start a new subscription" under the "Membership" heading. Follow the subscription links to a payment method and then log onto your account. You will need to subscribe using PayByCash, for a sufficient number of months to cover the negative credit. Any credit remaining after the debt has been repaid will be added to the account as membership credit. We will only accept PayByCash as the method of payment to pay back the debt and you will only be able to subscribe using PayByCash in future. Hope this answers your query. Please always refer to the RuneScape Knowledge Base to find the answer to your queries quicker. Also check out our Billing Forums for other questions and answers. kemikalkadet
Wow.. looks like someone at either jagex or your credit company messed up bad. I really can't see that it would take until now for them to take action from something that happened in 2005. The first thing you should do is contact your credit company, supply them with the date that the refund occured and see if this actually did happen. If there was in fact a refunded payment, then you'll just have to repay it to get members back. If they don't have a record, it looks like it will be a mistake on jagex part. You'll just have to send a nother query supplying the info from the credit company and hope you dont get an automated message.
