June 25, 200818 yr Well... cheapest is to either telegrab zammy wines or to alch something worthwhile. There is no way to make "Millions fast and easy"... SO QUIT ASKING ABOUT IT!
June 25, 200818 yr Or you could do the mage training arena. It isn't that fast nor entertaining, but you can make profit. I always spent my points to get infinity boots though there might be better items now, which will profit you even more. Sadly enough I don't have acces to RuneScape now so I can't check the prices. So you'll have to check on your own which item is the best.
